2026 Big Health Event

The Urban League of Louisiana presents the Big Health Event along with presenting sponsor Ochsner Health taking place on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (Hall J) in New Orleans.

This event will promote health and wellness for adults and children to positively impact families in Louisiana.

Now in its fifth year, the Big Health Event has become one of the region’s most impactful free health & wellness experiences. The event brings together healthcare providers, community organizations, wellness experts, and residents from across Louisiana for a day dedicated to improving health outcomes, increasing access to resources, and empowering individuals and families to take charge of their well-being. Through health screenings, educational workshops, Movement and Fitness activities, healthy food demonstrations, community resources, and family-friendly activities, this is an event you don’t want to miss!
