Advancing Black Entrepreneurs by Chase for Business is partnering with Black Enterprise, the National Urban League, the U.S. Black Chambers and the National Minority Supplier Development Council to help Black-owned small businesses recover and move forward in the wake of the current global pandemic.

Together, we’ve created an educational program specifically for Black business owners on topics that are vital to business growth and sustainability. This first session focuses on how Black business owners can address immediate financial needs and build resiliency in the age of the coronavirus.

The Urban League of Louisiana will host this special session, Reclaiming the Future: How Your Business Can Rise to the Challenges of COVID-19, on Wednesday, August 12,10:00-11:30am CT.

During this session, Black business leaders will learn how to build resiliency and develop proactive strategies to manage cash flow, protect customers and workers, strengthen community ties, create new opportunities for revenue and prepare for the next crisis.

This ninety-minute guided digital session will cover topics including:

• The increasing importance of bookkeeping

• Pivoting your business model in this new economic environment

• Helping your customers feel confident and safe

• Developing contingency plans for the future
