Intermediate QuickBooks: S2 – Managing Customers and Accounts Receivables

Join the Urban League of Louisiana’s Women’s Business Resource Center for its 3-part series “Intermediate QuickBooks”, sponsored by Louisiana Economic Development and the U.S. Economic Development Administration.

Session 2: Managing Customers and Accounts Receivables will take place on Monday, August 28th, 5:30pm-7:30pm, online via GoToWebinar. During this session, participants will learn how to manage downloaded banking transactions, how to enter banking transactions manually, and how to use the reconcile tool for these transactions.

Participants will also receive guidance on:
– Receiving multiple customer payments to deposit
– Receiving partial customer deposits
– Applying discounts and write-offs to open invoices
– Understanding features in the Customer Center
– Understanding Undeposited Funds
– Producing Customer Statements
