To meet the short-term financial needs of microenterprises and small businesses, the Resilient Restart EBR Program offers one-time, micro-grants of $2,500 to eligible entities that have been impacted by COVID-19. As a federally funded program, in order to apply, eligible small businesses are required to have a DUNS number and must be registered on SAM.gov.
