The Urban League of Louisiana presents the first-ever Big Health Event along with presenting sponsor Ochsner Health.
This event will promote health and wellness for adults and children to positively impact families in Louisiana.

HOW TO RUN CLINIC WITH BLACK MEN RUN
Want a good workout in before attending The Big Health Event?
Join Black Men Run New Orleans at 8:45am outside the Convention Center for a 2 mile run!
The route will be 2 miles in length. Officials will access participants’ abilities during warmup and suggest how they should engage with the route. Black Men Run joggers will be spread out amongst all runners and provide you the encouragement and motivation you need to complete the course. A 1.3 mile walk will be available for those who can’t run but would like to participate.
Free breakfast will be provided after the run.
