Urban League of Louisiana’s Center for Workforce Development continues to address the critical need to fill vacant positions for our employer partners. We collaborate with employers to create ongoing pipelines of skilled candidates to fill immediate roles. Join us in building a talent pipeline by participating in an Urban League of Louisiana Career Fair.

To become an employer partner of the Urban League of Louisiana’s Office of Workforce Development, a company must demonstrate the ability to adhere to the Center of Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, as it relates to the control, prevention, and spread of COVID-19 and must respond to the following questions:
