DESCRIPTION:The Urban League of Louisiana is hosting a voter mobilization phone bank as a part of its Wake Up Geaux Vote initiative\, a non-partisan\, statewide voter education and mobilization effort. Join us in reminding residents across Louisiana to vote on election day! Register at https://www.mobilize.us/urbanleaguela/event/334980/ \nPlease select the hours that you are able to phone bank between 4pm and 8pm on November 2nd. \nVirtual phone bank trainings will be provided in advance of the phone bank\, and the Urban League will provide the virtual phone bank platform\, a call list\, and a script. The platform easily tracks responses and outcomes for the calls and uses an anonymous phone number to protect the volunteers’ privacy. Training is available.
