The Urban League of Louisiana’s Parent Information Center (PIC) hosted their first ever Christmas party for PRIDE (Parents Ready to be Involved to Deliver Excellence) families this past month. The evening was filled with Christmas caroling, games, and plenty of food and good times!
Staff members of PIC surprised the kids at the end of the night by giving away free shoes courtesy of The Athlete’s Foot on Williams Blvd. in Kenner. Provided to PIC by store owner Karam Salem, the shoes made the night for all the kids!
