We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the inaugural Empowerment and Policy Conference, powered by the Louisiana Legislative Black Caucus and the Urban League of Louisiana. This two-day statewide convening is designed to examine systems and influence policy decisions that will positively impact African Americans in Louisiana.

The Conference will provide a platform for local, state, and national thought leaders, policy makers, community leaders, and residents to discuss, debate, and advance conversation and thinking about a multitude of issues that are of importance to African Americans in Louisiana.
